Hello, It seems like you may have misunderstood how this forum operates. Generally what happens is you request for a designer to create a model for you and they you either purchase the printed piece from their shop or the model from them so that you can print it yourself. The design, printing time, material, and shipping can cost a pretty good amount depending on the part and most people aren't going to cover all of that cost for you. I was also wondering what you were hoping for out of a design of this part. Are you trying to replace a broken part on an old DS? Do you want a different design on the part?
