Uploaded a model last night and in Tools the "Wall Thickness" and "Loose Shells" checks would not finish checking. Tried again today and for the last half hour they still will not update. Forever stuck with that revolving symbol...
Thanks, but that doesn't seem to work either. I can still order it, but it would be nice to know it isn't going to get rejected. I'll give it another day then let support know.
Yep, been having this issue since Monday for both versions of Frosted Ultra Detail (Fine Detail Plastic). Switching material views doesn't work.
For the Detail Plastics and Wall Thickness, I am getting a straight line. No information at all. I am hoping that if it is good in the Versatile Plastics, it is good there, too.

Why I don't get the green tick for the thickness test? Does it mean it did not passed the test despite the model showing in green? Could somebody from the SW team reply to this? It is very confusing... Thanks!
The green thick doesn't show due to the actual check (warning or green check) being calculated based on the voxelized version of the wall thickness check. This is where the problem is located: in some cases the voxelized version doesn't load but the heat map does. Since it can't determine if the wallthickness is correct it will show the dash. The other issue where it loads indefinitely is caused when the heatmap version doesn't load either. I'll let you guys know when I have more info.
