Recently ordered some of Ariel's Customs thugmeisters and dejector sets (two of each to be specific) and found that only that the thugmeisters came with a loose piece that the dejector's did not. What do I need to do to get the missing pieces?
Email service@shapeways.com with your order number and tell them that parts (which parts?) are missing. Especially with the "strong&flexible" at the end of the print run they have a big block of caked nylon powder with all the models inside, so small parts can sometimes get lost during part extraction and cleaning.
