I've been on Shapeways for a couple of years now and sell a range of replacement parts for an expensive brand of strollers the maker will not supply. But when I got a message from a customer I could not reply to them I got an error spam filter message. I use to be able too reply but for the last year or so since the last site upgrade I have not. My requests to the customer service team where sent to that black hole of IT geeks to be lost and never heard from again. This is my latest reply from Customer Service it seems the Geeks have spoken Yeah!

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for being so patient. My team believes that they have diagnosed what the issue was with your account.

The forum spam filter takes into consideration whether people have had posts in the public before using private messaging.

A temporary workaround would be to ask users to make at least five (5) posts in the public forums in order to not trigger "new user PM spam" detection.

Can you give this a try and see if it helps?
