Etsy Integrated Shop Refund Question

  1. I just integrated my shapeways shop to etsy and I want to know what do I do when a consumer wants a refund. Do I send them to service@shapeways.com? Do I ask them why and then tell service my self? I could not find this subject in the help center. Thanks.

    If your customer receives a defective print, we ask that you as the shop owner reach out to storefronts@shapeways.com with photos, a description of the issue(s), the Shapeways order number, the name of the model as it appears on the invoice, and your preferred resolution (reprint vs refund).

    We will then file a complaint with the appropriate department and let you know if the request was approved.
