    I do not seem to be getting any e-mails through, for quite some time now.

    I have place several orders and received several items all with no communication, from yourselves or UPS.

    I have checked my e-mail settings and they are set to inform me of just about everything. Is there a problem?

    I'd email service@shapeways.com, they should be able to look at your account and get your emails running.
