    Hello every one,

I wanted to share a brass print that I turned blue with a forced patina using salt and ammonia. The print I have to share is a spinning top I made by the name of Zephyr. It's an air assisted spinning top with a ceramic bearing as a contact point. It was printed in raw brass, cleaned thoroughly, dunked in a strong salt solution, and suspended over ammonia inside a closed environment. 4 hours later I had a nice strong blue color developed. Here are some pictures and a video of the result.
