So, I have been doing some experiments with Bezier and NURBS curves, and some meta objects.. In the stuff i have read, they are calculated by math, so they take up less space. My question is, do i have to convert them to a mesh before they can be printed out? Or can they be printed as they are?

    Thanks for the help!

I think all the shapeways input formats are mesh-based, so you probably would have to convert it to a mesh in order to print it.

Yes, you'll have to convert them to a mesh. That's simple enough though: just press ALT+C.

    Cheers,
