3rd Design Cleanup

I need some help cleaning up the attached to make a decent print. i don't know if it is realistic though since I need this to be about 1.5" to 2" wide. I have the STL based on the attached jpg. I don't mind making the "leaf" areas more raised and solid versus the holes that cause wall thickness issues.

Let me know your thoughts and cost.
