Hi gents! I recently used your ring creator app to create a beautiful ring for my wife and she loves it! I wanted to try it again 2 days ago but the same pattern led to an error: "there was an error applying your pattern". I just tried it a few seconds ago and had the same message ;-( Are you fixing things on this creator app or did you change the way it works? Thanks!
Sure this isn't a sexy bug to fix, nevertheless it's annoying for customers like me... Any answer? Help!
