Need Help Repairing A Model

Hi. I'm hoping to print this model, but parts of the mesh keep disappearing after upload. I've already ran some repair programs on it, and I can still print it if I forgo some of the details, but I would like to print this version if possible. Can someone take a look, and give me a quote on how much it would cost to repair? Thanks.
