No Rush Option?

I've uploaded some models and i'm trying to get them printed and sent to Sydney ASAP and about an hour ago i had the option to Rush them but not anymore?

Limited to objects smaller than 15x15x20 cm according to the materials page for strong&flexible, probably one of the items in your order is bigger

my items are 10x10x15 and its just white polished strong and flexible.

Strange. You should see the option in your cart, below the "gift options" - if it is not there, email service@shapeways.com for assistance.
