I get errors both when dragging and dropping an STL into the browser window, and when using upload button. The drag and drop causes an error to display, and the upload just times out after reaching 100% after a while.
What is the error message you are getting, and how big and complex are your STL files ? The upload limit is 64mb and 1 million triangles - you can zip your file to reduce upload size but you will need to remesh it if you are (significantly) over the polygon limit.
Good, Thanks. My client your customer is waiting his item to be printed.. I manage to upload 1 model which less then 1 mb. but another one at 3.3mb is not success.
Am not getting an error message at all, models simply are not being populated to my "model" category despite seeing a "upload successful" note right before the "uploading" icon disappears entirely
I'm getting 'something went wrong at our side, we are working on it' just now (Tuesday) when uploading 3.3Mb file with 66K triangles only
