It would be kind of cool, if you could setup web cams at some of your facilities showing prints in process. A live feed that would include the number of prints on the bed, the type of material being printed and the elapsed time of the print with the expected completion date.
You could eventually setup all facilities and printers with this and offer customers a chance to to see the progress of their printed models as they are being made.
Probably not feasible, but still it would be cool to watch and may stimulate interest in the products as well.

There are a few videos showing various printing processes in shapeways' youtube channel. In several cases you would not see much of the actual models being printed, and when you would this would immediately raise privacy (and other) issues. Remember not everything printed at shapeways is offered in the shops or even just "visible to the public" in the designer profile. Also shapeways may have reasons not to disclose the actual number of parts printed or utilization of their machines at a given time.

Yeah we did a "Yule Log" livestream on our facebook page recently for the SLS machine if you're into seeing a printer light up red every few moments :)

Other than that we can't really show you the models because, as @mkroeker noted, we want to keep them private.

That said, an idea we've toyed with a lot is livestream the design process of cool designers. Would you be interested in that?
