Hi everyone! i'd like to show my animal jewelry i've done the last few years with @Shapeways.
I'm Digital sculptor. I tried a few jobs from the architecture to the 3d game character design and animation. Gradually, in the work with clients, the priority has shifted to sculpture for 3d printing instead the realtime models, and I liked it, not depend on polycount, textures, game engine. And most importantly - the possibility to see my own creation as part of material world. Now I have a little studio, and I can work at my pleasure. Modern technologies, as 3D printing gave me this possibility.

Ok, here are jewelry i done through Shapeways:

    Thank you Gordon!
I use a medical ointment containing sulfurm, just cover a ring to get oxidation. I think You can find recipes on the Internet
I write in the description for my products:
"You will get the ring without blackening, but you can do it yourself using a boiled egg or special chemicals (just search "How to oxidize silver (bronze or brass)" in the Internet). Later you just buff it with soft wire wool and polish it up on the outside, the crevices will remain black."

"Since ancient times raven is a source of hidden knowledge. In Norse mythology, Huginn (from Old Norse "thought") and Muninn (Old Norse "memory" or "mind") are a pair of ravens that fly all over the world, Midgard, and bring information to the god Odin."

I love them all, the bear and the ravens especially, and the oxidation definitely makes them look more masculine. Beautiful work!

Animal jewelry is the type of jewelry that carries some special significance with it. It is jewelry that is usually gifted upon the birth of a child or carries some sentimental value with it. Animal jewelry is usually in the form of animal pendants, like an elephant necklace that symbolizes the birth of a child. Animal jewelry can also come from a necklace that features a particular animal or a bird that represents a loved one. Animal jewelry can also be in the form of a bracelet worn by a child as a symbol of faith. Get more information from this site: https://camphollow.com/collections/necklaces
