Problems With Marketplace Placement

    Hello!

    I can not place my new models anymore.
    All changes for material, visibility and sales can not be saved. The changes are saved immediately after saving.

    Who also has the problem? The problem is since the change of the platform software.
    Can not write a help here, because you need an order number. I would like to place my model first.

    Which browser and operating system are you using ? Perhaps try a different browser (this problem appears to have been reported by users of Chrome mainly). BTW I think the "order number" field on the contact form is not mandatory - also you can email service@shapeways.com directly as well.

    Thank you! It's working again. I have Firefox and WIN 10. I think that shapeways has done an update. Therefore, for a while said function did not. Greetings Thomas
