I have gotten some fashion accessories printed in blue strong and flexible.

I find the color gradually fading and becoming duller, even though it has been carefully used only several times and stored properly.

    1. Is there a way to maintain the vibrant color for the new models that I am about to have made?
such as using a certain kind of coating?

    2. Is there a way I could revive the color of the faded model?
I saw some online tutorial of rubbing moisturizer to resin jewelry. Could this be applied for the strong and flexible plastic?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

I like the nice colors of strong&flexibel for objects.
    Their color fades!
I have this problem specially with jewelry made in strong&flexibel.
White gets a dirty yellow, ther bright green becomes dark and fade.
I would also like to finde a way for more stability of the colored objects.
Any ideas? (some thing else then to keep them in the dark)
    can Shapeways propose something?

    Thanks

Try a UV-protectant varnish. (Think there is a Krylon product on the market). This will not completely solve the problem with the white material however, as the yellowing of nylon is caused by an internal chemical reaction of the polymer chains that creates minute quantities of an intensely colored compound over time. (You get this with injection-molded household items as well, e.g. wallplates or tablecloth clamps)
