Looking for a Pandemic boardgame piece holder!

  1. Hello! I'm looking for someone who may be interested in making a custom board game piece holder for the game Pandemic. http://www.zmangames.com/pandemic-universe.html

I have the main game, plus all 3 current expansions for it (not including the standalone games), and I have to use 2 of the boxes to hold all of the cards, pieces, and game boards.

I would like, if possible, a box that could hold all of the pieces listed below (the list is copied from the official website for accuracy). I am not sure if in this case it would be easier for me to find a box or case, and give the dimensions for it for an insert to be created, or if it would be easier to merely have a hinged container made with the insert built in?

    Pandemic (Main game) http://www.zmangames.com/store/p25/Pandemic.html
Board, showing the world’s major cities
7 Role cards, with matching pawns
    6 Research stations
    6 Wooden markers
    96 Disease cubes
    48 Infection cards
    59 Player cards
    Reference cards and rulebook

Pandemic: On The Brink (Expansion 1) http://www.zmangames.com/store/p26/Pandemic:_On_The_Brink.html
7 new Role cards, with matching pawns
    8 new Event Cards
    1 purple Disease wood marker
    1 Cure Indicator sticker
    1 Bio-Terrorist location pad
    1 Epidemic card
    1 reference card
    4 blank cards for customizing
    5 petri dishes and labels
    8 Virulent Strain Epidemic
    2 Mutation cards
    12 purple Disease cubes
    3 Mutation Event cards

Pandemic: In The Lab (Expansion 2) http://www.zmangames.com/store/p27/Pandemic:_In_The_Lab.html
4 new Role cards, with matching pawns
    3 new Event cards
    1 Lab board
    5 cure vials
    14 Sequence cards
2 revised role cards with Lab abilities
    5 Lab actions reference cards
    1 CDC card
    3 wooden team research stations
    14 awards
    8 Goal cards
    10 Bonus cards
    2 Virulent Strain Epidemic cards
    12 purple disease cubes
    2 Mutation Worldwide panic cards

Pandemic: State of Emergency (Expansion 3) http://www.zmangames.com/store/p28/Pandemic:_State_of_Emergency.html
    5 Role cards
    5 Pawns
    7 Event cards
    6 Quarantine markers
    2 Hinterlands boards
    18 transparent disks
    1 Hinterlands die
    10 Emergency Event cards
    4 Reference cards
    4 Vaccine factories
    24 Vaccine Doses
    2 Superbug Infection cards
    8 Superbug Bonus cards
1 revised Role card (Superbug version)
    24 purple disease cubes
    1 cure marker
1 cure indicator / cure indicator card

Looking online, I can pretty well only find custom made holders for the main game, none have been to include all the expansions.

I have also noticed that people have different print editions than I do, so please let me know if you need any specifics on which ones I have, plus if you need any measurements, pictures, etc.

As was mentioned to me, it’ll cost more to print something so large, so I think it’ll be easier to just have a bunch of smaller boxes/cases/containers. Not to mention if anything were to break in the future, it would be much simpler (and cost effective) to get one piece reprinted.
From there I would either find a box myself that would fit everything, or (more than likely, for the sake of everything matching!) get a custom box that fits all of them the best.

I like the idea of something like this for the pawns, tokens, and labs: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:177833

But it would have to have enough room to fit
    23 Pawns
    7 Tokens
    13 Labs
Either having them laying down like in the image, or standing up. Whichever way you find is easier, more space efficient, or just makes more sense.

Like the one above for the pawns, etc. Something to hold
    5 vials
    18 clear discs
    1 die
    22 cardboard disc/markers.
Again, having the vials standing or laying down is your choice. As for the 2 sets of discs, maybe 2 half-pipes?

With the expansions, it comes with 5 petri dishes to hold the 5 different disease cubes, but nothing to hold the little medicine pills in. So I will try and find a 6th petri dish, and I would like the case for this to have 6 petri dish spaces in it.
It would probably be easier to have the case 3 wide with 2 high, but again it is your choice!

Something like this for the cards: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:236486

But again, it would need enough room to fit the 240 total cards.
For this, I was thinking 3 cases—2 cases holding 75 cards each (the Infection deck and the Player deck), and the third is two decks wide, a divider in the centre with each half holding 75 cards (The Role cards, Bonus Cards, and all the miscellaneous ones I would like to keep separate for the sake of easy sorting).
This gives me enough room to shuffle the separate decks into bigger stacks per case, depending on which mode we play, then enough room to sort them properly for my apparent OCD. Heh

Again, let me know if you need any further information!

This could be a relatively easy build/design. The only concern I'd have is the fact that it may be a little large and thus expensive based on the amount of space it would take up on the printer deck and the material. We'd be happy to help you with this project and discuss it further. Message us or contact us at engineersondemandnow@gmail.com.
