Don't know what to do....

    image.jpeg Last week I received package from Shapeways, there were a few pairs of earrings , most of them were great quality except one item, two pairs of earrings. They were all broken, and looks like they were packed and shipped that way.
    I wrote a complain to Shapeways twice and there was no response. I never experienced it before, don't know what to think, or do.

    We have no record of a complaint from your email address linked to your account regarding this order.
    The last email we've received was on June 27th.

    Could you check to which email address you reached out and send it again?

    I send it through "contact" link in the bottom of the page.
    I did before and it always worked.
    I will try again.

    Best email service@shapeways.com directly - with the website acting up in so many different ways lately, going through
    that contact form is probably not going to help.
