Helghast Trooper
Poca Hey, Matt. Would you consider putting together a PDF step-by-step, or video, for cash? I've looked for videos on the finer details, but to no avail. I like the size and material type that you use, and would love to use a similar method with my military toons. I know the Zbrush part, but it's problematic when I send to shapeways. They seem to change my model size, even though I set the size in Zbrush, prior to export, hollowed it, and made a wall thickness. And, the pricing is ridiculously high. I'm also not sure how you're keeping your detail, when you print the model as one mesh (like the area between the arm and the body, on the trooper). If you're interested, please give me a price. If not, that's cool. Thanks for your time. I sent a pic to show that my models wouldn't overlap into your market, as far as I could tell. Thanks, T
Poca Thanks so much. Good info. I imagine you do, break up the mesh for printing (like the cat with the pistol, and the Trooper) so you can keep all that sweet detail. But do you, or Shapeways put them together prior to shipping to customers?? My daughter likes your animals alot!!

Poca Hey, I really like your work. I am an artist, as well. I'm trying to 3d print some of my zbrush models (military cartoons - etsy.com/shop/urbulletproof). You have the level of detail that I'm looking to make, what's the process? Do you know of where I can find that out, please? I can model it, paint it, and hollow it out in Z. Do you usually break it apart or what? And do the buyers actually put it back together or do you? Thanks for reading this.
