Woof I spotted an problem with the design: it's not possible to plug an IDC-style connector in the JTAG or HV ports. There's not enough clearance on the sides (like there is on either side of the ISP port). It's fine for individual wire connections to the ZIF socket, which is what I used it for initially. Wanting to connect to an existing design with JTAG isn't possible though.
