Breville Coffee Grinder Impeller Upgrade
uktcmtt THIS IS AWESOME!!! Just got the part for my older grinder/espresso machine combo Barista Express BES860XL. With a minor modification, it worked like a charm. Modifications were: 1) make the center hole circular with an exacto knife, 2) sand a tiny bit the impeller sides so it doesn't touch the walls, 3) remove the old insulation that was fitted between the impeller and the base. I CAN GRIND FINE COFFEE AGAIN for $20 vs Breville's stupid policy for $200 repair service instead of sending parts !!!! Let's hope it will last some time :-) Thanks for creating this 3D printed part.
