About Me

My name is Sergio Gabriel Mengual: I am an freelancer 3D Artist/Modeller, specialized in character design, modeling,texturing and digital 3D sculpture. In the last year I have been working specially for create 3D printed figure sculpts for clients mine in Shapeways. I have a lot of works made, and succesfully 3D printed. and I have a wide range of experience in preparation of these sculpts for 3D printing in Shapeways. I used MAX for the other functions needed in my workflow: UV mapping, materials creation, Rigging/Skining, Rendering mainly with Mental Ray. (Really in those years I started first, making 2D animation with Autodesk Animator Pro). In the rendering(presentation area, actually I started to use Marmoset Toolbag 2.07. 9 years experience with Adobe Photoshop, for photographic retouch, and texture aid. 7 years experience with Autodesk Mudbox, for modeling/sculpting. 4 years experience using Topogun. 4 years experience using Autodesk Sketchbook Pro and Mobile.
