QAV250 Front bumper
rexdangercourt @DennisWWW Hey Dennis, I did use 3x8mm screws, the problem is I had the front bumper also attached which limited the amount of threads that could go into camera mount. So after a crash the bumper came off ripping the screws out with it. Thankfully the bumper stayed in one and didn't crack. I will try to get some 3x10mm screws and see if that might help.
rexdangercourt The problem with the bumper is that the bolts that attach it to the frame are the same bolts that screw into the front two aluminum standoffs. I bought longer bolts (3.5x8mm) just for this and after the first crash they ripped right out and took the bumper with it. You need 8-10mm long bolts to keep it attached.

QAV250 Arm protection
rexdangercourt Great guards, but the price is only for 1, not 4. So you have to buy 4 at checkout. I recommend that you buy more than 4 for extra replacements. If you're going fast enough the guards will break, but thankfully they will save arm tips from being shaved off after hitting something hard like pavement or gravel. I don't recommend the white one unless you want to polish out grass and dirt stains after your first flight with these. Also, if you have the standard 6mm bolts, you will need to replace them with 8mm bolts otherwise the threads won't reach the motor when mounting.

rexdangercourt Great mount for the price, the problem is that instead of sliding over the standoffs, they replace them. So you have to screw directly into the plastic mounting. I used 8mm long screws in this and after the first crash they ripped right out. I would prefer to have a similar mount that slides over the standoffs instead.

QAV250 Case
rexdangercourt Pretty useless. These are very thin flexible side panels that apparently stay on by grasping the aluminum standoffs. Basically the only thing that is holding the sides on when you crash are wishes and dreams.
