Avorio-Prassone Kite Balloon
reducedAircraftFactory @RayGarbee Yeah, the basket always seemed small relative to others, but it's what the diagrams show. Perhaps it's a one-person basket while the others are made for more observers?
reducedAircraftFactory This one is a bit small to split in half, so Shapeways ends up charging almost as much for the air inside as the actual printed material. But I hope it comes out splendidly when painted!
Donnet-Denhaut D.D.8 Flying Boat (Three-Seater)
reducedAircraftFactory @fgstichaner Unfortunately the printing costs tend to go up with the cube of the scale (or inverse scale), so a 1:72 model would cost roughly US$100 and 1:48 about $300-400. That's why you don't see a lot of large-scale models here on Shapeways.
