pharada Good catch. I normally use a handmade cable (female crimp connector with individual wires, like this: https://www.pololu.com/product/1911) to connect things, so I didn't realize IDC connectors needed extra room. You could probably take a knife or dremel to it and shave away the plastic around the headers. It won't look very good though.
