Nerf_Modifications @Stampede_guy5HI! only gear 2 and 3 are worth replacing. the other gears (1 and 4) do not break and would be a waste of money replacing. i have always used just gear 2 and 3

Nerf_Modifications @fb80965 I havent had this issue before. the 'cob' residue thats sometimes between the teeth easily falls out when picked at with a knife. apart from the Bore hole being slightly too small i have never had any issue. But the gears are meant to work as is. so maybe message shapeways for a refund because sounds like a print error

Nerf_Modifications @nickcano93 did you pick out the residue between the teeth? the description says you need to remove this 'cob' for the gears to mesh and it will turn. i have a working steel set. let me help you

Nerf_Modifications @thisiskennysemail gear 1 was excluded because through testing i have never wittnessed the gear to break even under heavy springloads and hen all other gears are metal. even online there are no cases of anyone experiencing the large gear breaking. the main reason the gear has been excluded is the price. being over twice as large as any of the other gears, you can imagine its very expensive and would be a big waste since it wont break.

Nerf_Modifications this would be better without the arms.
