I've taken the plunge and purchased this. Unfortunately with how the section for the pulley is all one solid piece it won't allow for the slide with that ridge on the end to go underneath without cutting out the section separating the blade from the pulley system, and the smaller, second stage blade has no back on the end, meaning it has nothing stopping the blade from flying out the end of it. At best, it'll look nice as a static prop that doesn't fire a blade due to a design flaw that requires compromising the structural integrity to fix. At worst, you potentially have a pseudo phantom blade firing a dart you'll have to somehow take apart if you didn't glue together (no pegs mean you'll probably have to rig up a pin/magnet/screw setup for this gravity fed dart launcher. Would suggest revising this so there is an easier way to install the pulley system and make the second stage blade more viable by eliminating the open gap on the back end.
