fakebusker83@Ashtonmcvae Hm from what I remember, it is quite hard to swap heads for FOC Starscream because of the pin in the way. If you succeed in removing the head please let me know and I can make a variant of this model for you. Best regards, Ariel
fakebusker83@Soundbarricade The cuff is not designed for the TR deluxe, but material should be flexible enough to accommodate the new shape. The handle can be opened on one side to allow the hand to go in. So yes, it's both opened and closed. :)
fakebusker83@aganouri For such tiny pieces, the varying tolerances in 3D printing play a much larger role. You will definitely need to tweak your joints to make them fit. Be it using glue or shaving stuff down.
fakebusker83 Hi @TheBlueBolt101 , it depends on the material you print it in. Normally Strong Flexible materials don't need to be sanded. Frosted Ultra Detail can be sanded with regular files or sandpaper.
fakebusker83@Heckfire The small head should fit Scattershot. But I can't confirm if the combined head can work since Silverbolt/Scattershot and Cyclonus have different head cavities to accommodate their respective heads.
fakebusker83 Hi @aganouri , normally for custom requests I put up links for a couple of months before I clear them for housekeeping so I guess the original was removed this way. For now try this link: https://www.shapeways.com/product/DRJJRQMET/tfp-dread-vehicons-2-heads?key=4cb2d98d1201d1251c0f567a7f98c094
fakebusker83@spasmdragon Hi there, unfortunately this current version of the shoulders cannot be printed under Shapeways guidelines due to thin walls. :(
Still trying to rework the design at the moment...
fakebusker83@ubertenorman Having said that, I've since revised my opinion and uploaded an update to the model that adds the rectangular peghole to aid compatibility with the others. Seems quite an obvious solution, really. Thanks for your comment!
fakebusker83@ubertenorman That's a good question. If you disassemble a 'standard' Titanmaster, you will see that it has a rectangular peg on the inside in addition to its screw hole to hold the faceplate in place. TMs like Hyperfire and Fracas has a different internal structure to accommodate their sliding head cannon things (e.g. no rectangular peg). Hence, not really compatible.
fakebusker83 Hi @greboguru, FUD is activated already. I shall enable the FXD and BHDA options as well. Thanks!
fakebusker83@DawsonNy The closest match colour wise should be metallic plastic, but that being said it's not an exact match. The best results only come up with custom mixed paint. Best regards, Ariel
fakebusker83 Hi there, @DawsonNy. All the sets should work well with TF Prime FE Optimus. It depends on what features and material finish you prefer. If you are unfamiliar with Shapeways materials I recommend printing the set in White Strong Flexible Polished.
