Although I respect your opinion, the fact is that I know that any Bugaboo Bee clamp (regardless if it's a original or not) should be attached one side at a time and that was the way I attached it, too. The clamp broke because the quality of the plastic was lower than the original ( that's why when it broke I saw that inside the plastic wasn't hard but rather a hard foam type). As of the hole, I understand that once you buy a knock off, of any type, it doesn't have the same quality checking process but I honestly wasn't prepared to drill... ( Plus it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it might need any further assistance).
To conclude our chat, I appreciate your offer for a replacement but I do not want it because I am afraid the quality will not satisfy me. I hope you can improve the quality in the future because I believe that the idea of giving solutions for plastic components that are not readily available is wonderful. Thanks!
