I know this is a recurrent problem, I've read the comments below and it appears Im not the only one, No worries, I know its not your fault. Its Shapeway's fault. I just wonder, besides letting me keep a product I don't need, and sending me the right product at no extra cost (the least they can do), how will they compensate my time of waiting for a bad service and then more waiting time to have you sort this out, and then my time of waiting to get the right product. For their own sake, I hope they do much better than just send me the right ones. Im looking for compensation for my waiting time as well.
