Hi, Shapeways has changed the requirements for escape holes for Smooth(-est) Fine Detail Plastic. They now need to be at least 4mm in diameter (was 2mm). This means almost all my hollow items are now not printable in Smooth (-est) Fine Detail Plastic anymore. But because the wax inside the model does now cost the same as the material itself, it doesn't change the price for Detail Plastic if the model is hollow or solid. Please contact me if you plan to order a hollow model in either Smooth or Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic from my shop!
