cmunson@hockeygodd I'm not sure what paint Robert used. I relied on his skill as a prop builder and paid a bit extra to have him paint as you see in the photo in my original comment from last year. Yes, you would have to make your own glass. the original concept Robert suggested was to use transparency paper cut to fit, but upon trying that, it obscured the finer details inside the Wonkavator. This is because regardless of how clear you buy the transparency paper, there is always a bit of a white coating on it so that it can be printed upon. Robert and I both decided that, in order to allow the finer details to show, we'd just "imagine" the glass was there and not put any. Granted, there may be other ideas that could be used for the glass, but I decided in the end to just leave it off the model.
cmunson I had this model printed in FUD. It turned out great! The interior attention to detail was fantastic. Once painted, it really came to life. Replica Props did a superb job. It's definitely a must have for anyone who's a fan of Willy Wonka!
