Radio Knob for 2009-2010 Pontiac Vibe
BroncoMD wskellenger -- I received the Metallic Plastic set (2) in the mail today. I used needle nose pliers to remove the original broken knobs on my sons Vibe. Essentially, I used just enough pressure to bend the know downward until it broke off. Next, I used a lawn mower blade sharpener (https://www.amazon.com/Arnold-Lawn-Mower-Blade-Sharpener/dp/B000VA9D1G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1514345847&sr=8-2&keywords=drill+lawn+mower+blade+sharpener) and attached it to my electric drill to shave off the rim of the new knobs -- it took a couple minutes per knob. Don't worry too much about it looking good cosmetically, because it's hidden once you install it. I made sure the "D" on the new knob was in the correct position and then it popped on. My son is extremely happy with the outcome. I don't think it took me longer than 1/2 hour for entire process. Hopefully, they hold up well! THANK YOU -- it was so much easier than removing the entire stereo.
