Lego 12T Gear (Single Bevel)
BrickitSAM @movemove205205 I would go to Efferman's shop, he offers a 3L differential that allows for 4 gears in the center. https://www.shapeways.com/product/5T4YBRQMK/diff-3m-28z-4-bevel-gears?optionId=57242536&li=user-profile Or this https://www.shapeways.com/product/GLX5JVY7H/high-torque-differential-v1-1?optionId=42239220&li=user-profile
BrickitSAM @Vooduist Done, for some reason I am not receiving messages when comments are posted, sorry for the late response.
BrickitSAM @Vooduist This is the singel bevel http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=6589&name=Technic,%20Gear%2012%20Tooth%20Bevel&category=%5BTechnic,%20Gear%5D#T=C And this is the double bevel http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=32270&name=Technic,%20Gear%2012%20Tooth%20Double%20Bevel&category=%5BTechnic,%20Gear%5D#T=C

lego 5x7 frame with holes for 3/16 ball bearings
BrickitSAM @Vooduist I have seen that build series, good luck with your project.
BrickitSAM @Vooduist That motor would be better, I'm not sure if it would perform well though, 1/4 scale crawlers are massive, I would recommend a 1/10 or so scale.
BrickitSAM @Vooduist 1/4 scale? Thats huge! What motors will you use?
BrickitSAM @Vooduist Here is a video of me using it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i43GBvLkWWg You use it like a 5x7 frame to hold a differential.
BrickitSAM @Vooduist I use it with that motor but it can be used with many other things.

 Lego 20T Gear (Single Bevel)
BrickitSAM @Vooduist it should work, it's up to you if you want to test it.

High Torque Differential v1.1
BrickitSAM @Vooduist I have this differential and it has held up marvelously, I dont think the metal gear will do much damage to it.

RC Motor Mount
BrickitSAM Here are some pictures on what I did https://flic.kr/p/NCfwnh https://flic.kr/p/NCfw5U I used 2 washers to make the length of the screw just right so the screws don't interfere with the motors moving parts. The way that is was the screw would stick out making betting a beam there impossible and the screws I had would not reach the motors mounting points, so I just bored out the hole with a drill and used it backward. The easiest way to fix the CAD model is to make the center hole have the material on the other side and make is slightly thinner.
BrickitSAM Great part, I would recommend making the center hold go all the way through because the standard screws for a 500 brushed motor are not long enough to go through the material.

Lego Portal Hub Gear Cover
BrickitSAM @benjamin_collins_1995 The lego portal axle that comes in the unimog and 9398 sets when used outside the gears will get dirt in them and cause friction and extended part wear, this is designed to cover the gears to keep them from damage.
