B4sti4n @mathgrrl Thanks. I just did some calculations and was a bit surprised to see that evenly spaced ratios means that the thicknesses are actually not evenly spaced. Is that correct? Sorry to ask again, but just want to make sure to have exact values when I fill out Matt's form. Here are the thicknesses (in mm) I calculated (assuming 20mm diameter, starting at root3 ratio): 11.547, 10.788, 10.123, 9.535, 9.012, 8.543, 8.120, 7.738, 7.389, 7.071
B4sti4n What are the exact thicknesses (or ratios) of those 10 coins? It says that they are evenly distributed between sqrt(3) and 2*sqrt(2). So can I assume the first coin is sqrt(3), the last one 2*sqrt(2), and the increase between coins is always (2*sqrt(2)-sqrt(3))/9 Or are there coins with ratios 2, 7/3 and e in this set?
