On2 Sandy River passenger trucks
ablecynic @tebee, the one truck variant that has not been produced in nearly 30 years is the 'swing bolster' or ' swing motion' truck. I don't have any drawings but someone must have some. I will try to find some photos if I can. The photo attached shows the correct side frame (the top two photos) but it may be hard to see. As for the thousands, you might have to go over to the dark side and offer the trucks in On30 (I shudder at the thought). ;-)
ablecynic Tom, I just received the new On2 Sandy River passenger trucks with the journals set for the blunt-end NWSL wheel sets. They are excellent! I cleaned out the journal openings with a No. 50 drill and the wheel sets popped right in and were free-rolling with no lubrication. Great work and thank you!

ablecynic Tebee, I have been measuring the length of axles for all the On2 wheels I have and have found the longest to be 24mm. I don't know if your trucks can accommodate that length but I did want to mention that. One possibility would be to increase the bolster width by 1mm and that should give enough clearance for all the brands of wheels. Your passenger trucks are about 2mm narrower than some brass ones so any increase in width wouldn't be noticeable. Just thoughts to ponder. Thanks for being willing to consider all this.
ablecynic Tom, both pair of trucks with the shouldered journals arrived and I cleaned the journals with a couple of twists with a no. 51 drill and popped in the wheel sets. The fit was perfect. BTW, the axle length for NWSL On2 wheels is 22mm. Photo later. Thank you!
ablecynic @tebee - Tom, I just ordered two pair of the arch bar trucks. I will post a review once I get them Thank you!
ablecynic @tebee I received the Maine On2 passenger trucks today and was able to drill out the tapered axle holes with a 0.0675 drill and added On2 wheelsets for a very free-rolling set of excellent trucks. I highly recommend these to anyone working in On2 as a backup to the costly brass trucks that are hard to find. Now, if we could just get some of the 1:35 diamond sideframes for 2ft gauge done in On2 we would have something that has never been offered before. ;-) Wink, wink.
ablecynic @tebee I have ordered a pair of the On2 trucks and if it is possible, per our earlier discussion, please adjust the axle openings to 1.6mm for a 1/16 inch (0.0625 inches/1.5875mm) axle. Thank you.
ablecynic @tebeeThank you for the quick reply. The axle ends are 1/16 inch diameter which is 1.5875 mm if my math is correct. May I go ahead and order them?
ablecynic Are the axle journals in the On2 version for shouldered or tapered axle ends? I use NWSL and Grants Line wheel sets which have shouldered axles.

ablecynic Just FYI, I ordered two pair of these and they arrived today. Despite the incredibly delicate 'feel' they are remarkably sturdy and a few quick snips with the parting tool and the recommended cleaning of the axle holes with a number 51 drill to clean the soap out and they were ready to roll. Shown with Kodama 26-inch wheels. They roll like a dream! Nice trucks!
