Shapeways is saying they don't see anything wrong with the model. Shapeways is saying that the model they sent me looks just like the render. I sent you the same pictures I sent them. The middle section is clearly crushed. I just sent them a video trying to spell it out for them. If they refuse to replace this I'm closing up my shop and quitting this company for good. The damage to the model isn't your fault or my fault. It shipped to me like that which means that either a Shapeways employee didn't see the damage upon inspection (unacceptable), saw the damage and sent it anyway (unacceptable), or the damage occurred naturally while in transit to my home. None of us could have anticipated that the cavity was too large. Well, maybe Shapeways could have, but they didn't.
