ACL M5 Caboose - N
DKRickman @corndogjax Your kind words are appreciated. I've built the same model in HO scale, with the same thickness walls, and had no problem. If it's so bad that your copious skill is still not enough to fix it, I suggest you contact Shapeways, since obviously there has been a production error.
DKRickman @corndogjax@corndogjax Yes, the walls are as tin as they can practically be made, in order to keep the cost as low as possible, and also to allow the modeler to more easily add an interior if desired. I assume that any modeler tackling a model such as this would be familiar with basic modeling techniques, especially those needed to build a resin craftsman kit. Every FUD and FXD model I have ordered from Shapeways has shown some tendency to warp. The walls can be straightened in hot tap water, a heat gun, or even a hair dryer. They can then be braced with the addition of styrene, brass, epoxy, or any other practical material - all of which is far less expensive and more durable than the 3D printed material would be.

ACL M5 Caboose - S
DKRickman @ACLcaboose I do not, sorry. I suspect that you'll have to have decals custom printed. Depending on which paint scheme you want, it may be possible to print your own in black, but I've not done enough research to say for certain.
Southern Ry. Doghouse for Large Tenders - HO scale
DKRickman @FECChuck Yes, this model is HO. I've updated the title to indicate that. Thanks for pointing out my oversight!
