Fiat 2015 500e TomTom iPhone Hack
3dprintmeister @fbbcfb5 thanks for checking back. I have no new update. After a few attempts at improving the design and fit, I came back to the original design. It is not perfect but works for me. If something changes I will let you know!
3dprintmeister @woodie4 your hack is ingenious. Thanks for checking out mine as well. No power in my version, but it gets the job done.
3dprintmeister Here are a few more specs. I have to keep some measurements "trade secrets" but these might give you a better idea ;). The new flat top model is coming along. Will let you know.
3dprintmeister Regarding the size/length of the arm, it sticks out about 2 1/4" from the TomTom hole. Overall length of the part is 3 1/2" (see image). As for the flat top model - I have been refining it and hope to have it figured out by the end of May. Hope the info helps!
3dprintmeister I do not know if the Alfa Romeo has the same TomTom hole spec or not. As for drilling in the plastic, I think you could. Not sure what you are planning but I am working on a alternate "Flat Top" Model that would work with suction cup phone mounts. May want to wait for that before you try it.
3dprintmeister Sorry, no option for iPhone 6 "Plus" size iOttie cradle. It is much different, and will not work with this setup.
