The USPTO has a site for kids called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inventnow.org\/\">Invent Now<\/a>. Invent now is a place for kids to submit their ideas &amp; inventions to. The USPTO started it up together with the AD Council and the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation. To popularize their site they use online banners.
