We will maintain the same design rules, pricing structure and lead time for Premium Silver 3D printing but we will continue to monitor and work to reduce the lead time and cost as soon as possible.  <\/p>\n

Following is a recap of the Pricing and design rules. <\/p>\n

Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>To cover the cost of the manual polishing required
\nto achieve the Premium Silver finish we use a
\ntiered pricing structure for both the handling fee and the material
\nprice per cm3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Handling Fee Per Model:  $45 (up to 1.7 cm3<\/sup>), $78 (1.7 – 3.4 cm3<\/sup>),  Free (above 3.4 cm3<\/sup>)<\/p>\n

Price Per cm3: $28 (up to 3.4 cm3<\/sup>),  $75 (above 3.4 cm3<\/sup>)<\/p>\n

This means:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1.0 cm3 item will cost $73.00<\/p>\n

1.7 cm3 item will cost $92.60<\/p>\n

1.8 cm3 item will cost $128.40<\/p>\n

3.4 cm3 item wil cost $173.20<\/p>\n

3.5 cm3 item will cost $262.50 <\/p>\n

Design Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The design rules for Premium Sliver are
\nsimilar to our existing design rules though we recommend
\ntaking a close look at any fine details that may be removed during the
\nfinishing process.<\/p>\n

The maximum size we can offer Premium Silver is 100 x 100 x 30 mm maximum bounding box <\/p>\n

The minimum size an object must be to be 3D printed in Premium Silver is 2.4 x 2.4 x 0.8 mm <\/p>\n

The minimum possible wall thickness is 0.8 mm but this thickness is
\nnot suitable for parts under stress like ring shafts or pendant loops
\nwhich should be thicker to withstand stress. <\/p>\n
