Shapeways is partnering with Ace Hotel New York<\/a> during Fall Fashion Week! Haute. On February 9th, we’ll be hosting an interactive event in Ace lobby that will explore how digital technology can revolutionize the future of fashion. Ace will also be hosting a Fa<\/span><\/font>shion Week lecture series on technology and fashion for design students<\/font>.<\/font><\/span> <\/span><\/font>Participating designers <\/span><\/font>include Ten Thousand Things, Ursa Major, Verameat, In God We Trust, Lindsey Adelman, Anna Sheffield and Chris Habana working with CAD modelers Kostika Spaho<\/a>, Duann Scott<\/a> and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Additionally, we’ll be joined by Michael Schmidt <\/a><\/span><\/font>—<\/span> <\/span>creator of wardrobes for Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Deborah Harry and Madonna —<\/span> <\/span>along with Material ConneXion<\/a> and others on<\/span><\/font> <\/span>Saturday night for the unveiling of a 3D-printed metallic gown, designed in collaboration with Francis Bitonti,<\/a> for model Dita Von Teese<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
