\nlove, everyone becomes a designer.”<\/p>\n

With Valentine’s Day<\/a> fast approaching, love is surely in the air<\/a>. We’ve seen amazing works of art and design inspired by love, including a 3D printed wedding ring<\/a>,
\n but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. 3D printing is an incredible
\ntechnology for custom wedding designs, from cake toppers to custom table
\n settings to veils. <\/p>\n

We are running a contest to see what innovative new designs you can come up with for a 3D printed wedding!<\/p>\n

We’re joined by guest judge <\/strong>Kelly Phillips Badal, <\/strong>senior
\n editor and the in-house crafter at Country Living <\/a>magazine,
\nspecializing in crafts, design, and entertaining. Her writing has also
\nappeared in Better Homes & Gardens, Seventeen, and
\nFitnessmagazine.com. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kelly and the Shapeways team will choose a winner based on the best designs in each category:<\/p>\n

  1. Decor<\/strong> – centerpieces, name plates, cake toppers, ceremony décor, flower holders, etc. (use the tag decor<\/strong>)<\/li>\n
  2. Party favors & gifts<\/strong> – candle holders, name cards, luggage tags, jewelry, frames etc. (use the tag gift<\/strong>)<\/li>\n
  3. Bridal accessories <\/strong>– veils, shoe clips, clutches, belts, hairpieces, etc. (use the tag bridal accessory<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Those are just a few ideas, but the sky’s the limit.<\/p>\n
