The first step is to determine where it&#8217;s center of mass will be. <a href=\"\/forum\/index.php?t=rview&amp;goto=56715#msg_num_3\">Fredd shared an excellent tip on the forum<\/a> &#8211; you can use the <a href=\"http:\/\/meshlab.sourceforge.net\" target=\"_blank\">free MeshLab software<\/a> to calculate it!<\/p>\n<p>Fredd writes:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Meshlab can detect it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Import your model, click Filter\/Quality Measures and Computations\/Compute Geometric Measures.<\/li>\n<li>Then click show layer dialog icon. [It] looks like a sheaf of papers (It is under the Window in the top header)<\/li>\n<li>Center of mass looks like what you are looking for.
