Customs authorities in Russia have recently tightened restrictions on imports, in particular on dutiable shipments to private individuals. Such shipments are currently under extraordinary scrutiny in an effort to improve accuracy of the accompanying shipping documentation. These additional requirements have led to an unprecedented number of customs holds and delays. UPS has temporarily "suspended the import of non-document shipments sent by private individuals to private individuals in the Russian Federation." Please accept our apologies. More info can be found at UPS.
