Dodecahedral sibling of Gyro the Cube (XL).
Same principle, more faces, more rings and more fun ! :-)
Made of five nested dodecahedra, each one is limited to rotate about it's own axis.
This is the 9cm / 3.5" version.
Please be careful with a gyro this size, fingers may get pinched if put between the (moving) rings, so handle with care!
It's easiest to start with the inner one and then continue outwards.
And then... spin it away !

Instructions
For tighter clearances it is printed with the hinges out of place. So this model needs a little manual assembly. Each element has two "knobs" which need to be "clicked" into the corresponding "clamps" in the parent element.It's easiest to start with the inner one and then continue outwards.
And then... spin it away !

Or.. go all out with one of the pleasantly solid metal versions!
This is the large pendant, 42 mm/1.75" high.
Best worn on a flexible medium (~3mm) cord or necklace. (Not included.)
At this size, I only recommend one of the Strong and Flexible materials.
The steel versions would weigh in at roughly 45 grams, if you can handle that, be my guest :-)

Here is the corner stand for the 5cm Gyro the Cube.
Due to printing variations it might be a bit tight fit for some cubes.
I recommend any of the Strong & Flexible

Hiding the source from direct view, a peaceful light emerges.

Mount this part on a high airflow 80mm PC-fan.
Click your Gyro the Cube in the Center.
Watch it move on its own :-)

Fan and grills not included!
It works best if the first axles on the cube is aligned vertically.
The motion produced by this is not (yet) very interesting.
But after tinkering with this for a very long time, I owe it to the fans to pre-release it.
Thank you for your patience.
Use fan grill on both side of your fan to prevent injuries!
Make sure the Gyro the Cube is mounted tightly before applying power to the fan!
Use ate your own risk!
If you don't know what you are doing, then PLEASE DON'T!
To control motion use a PWM controller for your fan.

Julia Vase 002 Flow
Flow, an easy and relaxed, not too intrusive centerpiece.
This dry flower vase was derived from the Julia Fractal Set.
Instead of high iteration full color imagery as is common, one can also trace a line over the lower iterations.
Then by slowly altering the input values, we are morphing the fractal while traveling the Z-axis.
And beautiful and elegant forms appear.
Circa 12.5 cm high with 1mm thick walls, this is suitable for all Strong & Flexible materials.
I recommend the polished.
