However, some technical issues with the website regarding which materials are available, some models might not print even though they are available. It is my understanding Shapeways will refund your money or give you a coupon for buying a different model if this is the case. If you purchased a print that was unprintable, but you still really want that particular model from my shop, please contact me about it and I will try to fix the issue. Prices may change however.. Usually to fix the problem I have to add more volume to the shape which increases the print cost.
