NOTE: all our models are printed several times before they are offered for sale.
However, due to the manual pre-production verification process at Shapeways, it still sometimes happens that a customer ordered model is rejected by Shapeways. So far the reasons for rejection could be rectified within a few days, and the order could proceed. We also regret this to happen, but this is the current state of affairs with 3D printing. If this happens to you, please be patient, we will fix it ASAP!

Jedoch aufgrund des manuellen Vorproduktion Überprüfungsvorgangs bei Shapeways, kommt es manchmal vor, dass ein Kunde Bestellung durch Shapeways verworfen wird. So weit könnten die Gründe für die Ablehnung innerhalb weniger Tage behoben werden, und die Bestellung konnte abgewickelt werden. The 2 parts form together the segment of the precast concrete bridge or fly-over.
Comes in 2 sizes:
-'Wide' : top width = 14.5 meter (166.7 mm in HO/1:87)
-'Small' : top width = 11.9 meter (136.8 mm in HO/1:87)
The height is similar for both widths: 2.95 meter (33.9 mm in HO/1:87), like is the depth: 2.6 meter (29.9 mm in H0/1:87).
You can order 2 segment types: with or without a recess at the bottom.
The recess is there for the rubber cushions where the precast concrete bridge (span) segment is resting on a column.

The model consists of 7 parts, which are easily clipped together (this to make a hollow object)
The 6 covers should be removed from the sprue/trunk, and clipped onto the main part.
Do note that the main part can be temporarily pushed onto the end of the sprue/trunk , this to hold it easily when painting the model (in this case, remove 5 covers from the sprue, and clip them into the main model, spray all, then install the 6th cover)
Suggested material: 'White Detail' (as shown)

Advised color code for painting: RAL 7023 (Concrete Grey)
