New to Shapeways? How to order , and how to pay.
NOTE: all our models are printed several times before they are offered for sale.
However, due to the manual pre-production verification process at Shapeways, it still sometimes happens that a customer ordered model is rejected by Shapeways. So far the reasons for rejection could be rectified within a few days, and the order could proceed. We also regret this to happen, but this is the current state of affairs with 3D printing. If this happens to you, please be patient, we will fix it ASAP!

Hinweis: Alle unsere Modelle sind mehrfach gedruckt, bevor sie zum Verkauf angeboten werden.
Jedoch aufgrund des manuellen Vorproduktion Überprüfungsvorgangs bei Shapeways, kommt es manchmal vor, dass ein Kunde Bestellung durch Shapeways verworfen wird. So weit könnten die Gründe für die Ablehnung innerhalb weniger Tage behoben werden, und die Bestellung konnte abgewickelt werden. Wir bedauern auch dieses geschehen, aber dies ist der aktuelle Stand der Dinge mit 3D-Druck. Wenn Ihnen das passiert, haben Sie bitte etwas Geduld, wir werden es so schnell wie möglich beheben!
